Our IP

The website, the AI algorithms, source code, logos, and all other proprietary content on learnlikeme.ai are the intellectual property of A-Bomb Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the data, text, and inputs ("User Content") you upload to the platform. However, by using the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content strictly for the purpose of providing and improving the service to you (e.g., training the model on your specific style, if applicable to the tool's function).

AI Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the rights to the output generated by the AI platform based on your inputs ("Output"). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Output complies with applicable laws.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Billing: If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in these Terms attempts to exclude, restrict, or modify any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable legislation which cannot be excluded (your "Statutory Rights").

If you are a consumer under Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

Important: You acknowledge that learnlikeme.ai utilises Artificial Intelligence technologies.

  • Accuracy: AI models can occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or "hallucinated" information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Output. You should verify all Output before using it.
  • No Professional Advice: The platform is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • "As Is": The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the information, content, or materials included.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A-Bomb Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
